Between the lush jungle and the beach, Wander & Unwind offers space to pause, reflect, and consider what you want to welcome into your life. Open to anyone seeking rest, exploration, or a little of both, this week is an invitation to find your rhythm and set the tone for the year ahead.

Join Kat and Mindy for yoga asana, meditation, and intention-setting, balanced with time to enjoy Costa Rica at your own pace. Surf, hike, explore, or spend an afternoon with a good book. Through shared practice, community, and quiet moments to yourself, discover what nourishes you and what you’d like to carry home into the year ahead.

Your Week in Bloom

Daily Yoga

1–2 classes daily, with a balanced mix of vinyasa, hatha and restorative practices.

Meditation

Guided meditation and breathwork woven into sessions.

Accommodations

Three room types to choose from, with shared or private space. Every room has an en suite bathroom.

Meals

All meals included, thoughtfully prepared with nourishing vegetarian ingredients.

Adventures

A day-long excursion to Rincón de la Vieja National Park and a shaman-led cacao ceremony.

Getting There

Transportation to and from Liberia airport (LIR) is included.
